No Refund and No Exchange Policy (Unless Damaged)

1. No Refunds
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any products, unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt.
- If you change your mind about a product, we are unable to provide a refund.
2. No Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges on any items. If you wish to receive a different product, you will need to place a new order.
- Please double-check product details, sizes, colors, and other specifications before completing your purchase to ensure you’re happy with your selection.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you ordered, we will gladly offer you a replacement.
- Time Frame: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if the item is damaged or defective. Please include photos of the damage or defect along with your order number to help expedite the process.
- Upon approval, we will arrange for the return or replacement of the damaged item at no extra cost to you.
4. Order Cancellations
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.
- Our system processes orders immediately, and once payment is confirmed, the order is automatically processed for fulfillment and shipment. We are unable to stop or alter the order after it has been submitted.
5. Return Shipping
- If your return is approved due to a damaged or defective item, we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other cases, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
