7. Lost or Damaged Packages
While we do our best to ensure that your order arrives safely, occasionally packages may be lost or damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist with a replacement or refund.
For lost packages, please wait up to 10 business days for it to potentially be located by the carrier. If it is still not found, please contact us for further assistance.
8. PO Boxes and Military Addresses
We are happy to ship to PO Boxes. However, please note that shipping times may be longer for these addresses.
